The phrase "is given by inspiration of God" is all contained in the Greek word "Theopneustis," which literally means "God-breathed."
The phrase "Thus saith the LORD." is used 430 times in the KJV Bible, but it applies to the entire book.
Let us give our full and undivided attention as the infinitely great Creator God, who has made us and the entire universe, reveals Himself to us in the pages of this precious, divine book.
And may God give us all grace to obey His commands.
